1. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled only before the status changes to “Ready for Shipment” or “Shipped.”

  • Ineligibility: Cancellation is strictly not permitted once the order processing is complete and the item is ready for dispatch.

  • Procedure: The customer must notify us via email at support@whitewolvescricket.com.

    • The email must include the Purchase Order Number, Payment Details, and the specific item(s) to be canceled.

 

2. REFUND POLICY (Canceled Orders Only)

Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed exclusively as Store Credit.

  • Refund Form: The payment amount will be credited to the customer’s account as Store Credit.

  • Validity and Usage: The Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date the cancellation is approved. It must be utilized for future website purchases within this 30-day period.

  • Important: No monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment source.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (Strict Policy)

  • All sales are final. White Wolves enforces a strict No Returns, No Exchanges policy.

  • Products, once purchased, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (The Only Exception)

The only exception to our No Returns policy is for items confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival (Dead on Arrival – DOA).

  • Reporting Period: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Procedure:

    • Notification must be sent via email to support@whitewolvescricket.com with clear photographic or video evidence.

  • Resolution: If the claim is successfully validated, White Wolves will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement of the same item.

    • A Store Credit (subject to the 30-day validity in Section 2).

  • Replacement Timeline: Approved replacement items will be delivered within 7-10 business days of claim approval, subject to stock availability.

 

5. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS & SYSTEM MISUSE

 

  • White Wolves reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or violating the website’s terms and conditions.

  • We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and may permanently deny them access to the platform.
