1. Packages are typically dispatched within 3 to 4 business days after payment is received. Delivery then takes an additional 4 to 5 business days.
Note: This excludes public holidays and Sundays, and delivery times may vary based on location.
Shipments are sent via reputed national couriers and include tracking.
Once your tracking details are generated, we will send a separate email so you can monitor your package online.
2. PAN INDIA Shipping is FREE, Hence NO SHIPPING CHARGES will be collected from our PAN INDIA Customers and Users. Shipping in INDIA will be done through our Local Shipping Partners or through Indian Government’s Indian Postal Services (Depending on their Services available in areas). Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group twodistinct orders placed separately.
3. OVERSEAS SHIPPING of our Products in all other Countries other than INDIA will commence in near future . Still you can contact us on info@whitewolvescricket.com for your requirement for the time being till the Overseas Shipping commences on our E -Commerce Portal.
4. Boxes or Packaging Fliers as may be required for packaging are ample sized and your items are well-protected.
5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during Working days only between Monday through Saturday: 10am to 6pm. Working days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or delays due to any other untimely obstructions which may arise unknowingly due to any unprecedented conditions.
