WARRANTY TERMS

WHITE WOLVES shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective products, provided that:

a) The purchase of products is made in India, and claims are also made from India.
b) The customer provides written notice during the warranty period and within a reasonable time after discovering that the products do not comply with the warranty provided by WHITE WOLVES.
c) WHITE WOLVES is given a reasonable opportunity to examine the products.
d) The customer returns the products to WHITE WOLVES at the location specified by WHITE WOLVES.
e) The defective products are returned without any tampering with WHITE WOLVES’ sticker(s), logo(s), or label(s).

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

WHITE WOLVES shall not be liable for any failure of the products to comply with the warranty if:

a) The customer makes any modification(s) or alteration(s) to the products.
b) The defect arises because the customer failed to follow WHITE WOLVES’ oral or written instructions (if any, or as per standard practice) regarding the storage, usage, or maintenance of the products.
c) The defect arises as a result of the use of unapproved fittings or accessories.
d) The customer alters or repairs the products without the approval of WHITE WOLVES.
e) The defect arises as a result of normal wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage, or incorrect installation.

White Wolves Cricket Bats90 Days– Please review our expert tips on how to prepare and preserve a bat HERE.- Yorker damage to toe of the bat.- Take note of the knocking-in guide as improper preparation and care will lead to premature cracking.- Adding protection such as Bat Fibre Tape & Toe Protection is highly recommended for enhanced longevity.- Bats are made of natural material & have the incredibly hard task of hitting a solid cricket ball repeatedly. Even the most prepared bats will eventually show wear – this does not necessarily render the bat faulty or defective.- In case of a loose or broken handle within the warranty period, the handle will only be repaired. The bat will not be eligible for replacement.– Impacts due to balls on shoulder, sides, edges, spine, and splice.- Damage due to lack of knocking-in / playing-in.- Damage resulting from bats being machine-prepared.- Damage due to poor preparation and maintenance.- Damage due to moisture, over-oiling, or heat.- Damage from non-leather, non-cricket, or composite balls.- Improper use (hitting with anything other than what the product is intended for).- Bat purchased overseas.- Bat over 90 days old.
White Wolves Soft Leather Goods (Pads, Gloves, Thigh Guards, etc.)30 Days– A replacement or store credit will be given when a product fault is major.- Whether it is major or not is determined by the experts at White Wolves.- Please contact support@whitewolvescricket.com.– Wear and tear.- Damages incurred due to dives, slides, or rough use.- Damages due to use of goods in moist or wet conditions.
White Wolves Bags30 Days– Warranty covers split seams, stitching issues, broken zippers, and faulty wheels.- If the damage is too great within 30 days, the bag may qualify for replacement or store credit.- A replacement or store credit will be given when a product fault is major.- Whether it is major or not is determined by the experts at White Wolves.- Please contact support@whitewolvescricket.com.– Wear and tear.- Heavy loading and rough use of the products.- Damages due to use of goods in moist or wet conditions.
White Wolves Cricket Leather BallsN/A– A replacement, refund, or store credit will be given when a product fault is major.- Whether it is major or not is determined by the experts at White Wolves.- Please contact support@whitewolvescricket.com.– Damages due to use of goods in moist or wet conditions.
General Policy—White Wolves reserves the right to charge a 12.5% restocking fee on all returns.—
