WHITE WOLVES shall, subject at its option, repair or replace the defective products provided that :
a) The Purchases of products are made in India and Claims are made from India.
b) The Customer gives notice in writing during the Warranty Period and with in a reasonable time of discovery of the Products not complying with the Warranty provided by WHITE WOLVES
c) WHITE WOLVES is given a reasonable opportunity of examining such products; and
d) The Customer returns such Products to WHITE WOLVES at such location specified by WHITE WOLVES.
e) The defective products are returned without tampering with WHITE WOLVES Sticker(s)/ Logos / Labels.
WHITE WOLVES shall not be liable for failure of Products to comply with the warranty if:
a) The Customer makes any modification(s) or alteration to the products.
b) The defect arises because the Customer failed to follow WHITE WOLVE’s Or al or Written instructions (if there are none as per standard practice) as to the storage, usage or maintenance of the Products.
c) The defect arises as a result of the use of unapproved fittings / accessories.
d) The Customer alters or repairs such Products without the approval of WHITE WOLVES.
e) The defect arises as a result of normal wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal usage, incorrect installation.

In Case of Loose Handle or Broken Handle within the time of Warranty Period, The Bat-Handle will only be Repaired. The Bat will not be eligible for replacement. |
